Hi everybody!

I'm Elena and I love to draw pictures and write stories.

I also love to travel, for me it is the release when I fly out of the cage to freedom. I love seeing new places and meeting new people. I love to see our world, it's so beautiful!

I love the sky and the stars and nature, and I'm more pagan than Christian.

I love music, but not tied to a particular band or genre.

I love fantasy and often write stories in my head, but I have almost no time to write them.

I'm rather a loner, so I'm a bit of a freak.

What I hate is lies and hypocrisy in other people.

I have been drawing since early childhood, and has long been registered on the DA as a watcher, but seriously appeared on this site only in 2016. Now I try to come here every day and to draw as much as possible, because I believe that practice is the best teacher, and only training can improve skills. I consider commentators to be the second best teacher, so objective criticism is always welcome!

I guess I'm too self-critical because I never entirely happy how my works turn out. I always see disadvantages there. But I adore picture while I'm drawing it, and it's an important step for me before I start drawing to fall in love a bit with things and characters that I suppose to draw.

Drawing and writing are the highest peaks of freedom for me. It's a way of flying above my own world, breathing fresh air, spreading wings and feeling happy.
